Good location, but cramped quarters

The hotel is just a short 10-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The room was kept very clean, and the staff was attentive.

The room was incredibly cramped with limited space. the bed was pushed against the wall, leaving very tight access to sit at the desk. Both the bed setup and the cramped bathroom made it difficult for two people to maneuver comfortably. Additionally, the breakfast options were not appealing, and the food was consistently served cold.

Loved the two connected rooms we had. it was perfect for our family of four. The two bathrooms made our morning routine so much easier. Location rocked—just an 8-minute walk from Shin Osaka Station and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The beds were super comfy, unlike those at other hotels I've been to. However, the breakfast options could’ve been better. they didn’t appeal to us. Minor issue, but worth mentioning. Overall, I would stay here again for sure.

I had a great experience at Apa Hotel Shin Osaka Minamikata Ekimae. The location was convenient, just an 8-minute walk from Shin Osaka station, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the spacious connected rooms that offered two bathrooms, which provided excellent convenience for my family during our visit. I will definitely return on my next trip to Osaka.

Great location near a major train station, making travel easy! The staff was really helpful by storing our luggage and suggesting nice restaurants (try the local ramen! ). The bed was surprisingly cozy for a small room!

I loved my stay, as the hotel was just a short walk from the nearby metro station, which made it super easy to explore the city, and I enjoyed relaxing walks at Hinode Park, located only around 1.5 km away from the hotel, providing a perfect green escape from the urban bustle.

It was just a fine choice for a walk in the evening in Osaka with value for money. The staff was super attentive and even helped me find some great restaurants nearby. Try to get a room away from the elevator for more quiet.

The room was bright and functional, and I really appreciated being able to store my luggage early before check-in. They offered a great relaxation massage and foot reflexology to unwind after a long day. The only downside was the lack of variety in breakfast options, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊
